Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge

The Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge is a luxurious haven about three hours from Manuas in the heart of the forest of the Anavilhanas archipelago on the banks of the Rio Negro. The lodge was designed from the outset to be environmentally friendly.

There is a pool overlooking Rio Negro and forest and a 13 metre high observation deck. The lodge has a library, lounge and handicrafts shop. The bar serves a selection of caipirinhas and South American wines and the restaurant offers a blend of Amazonian and international cuisine using fresh ingredients.

• The lodge has 22 suites nestled in the forest – 16 standard cottages, 4 superior bungalows, 2 panoramic bungalows.
• All are elegantly furnished, spacious and have glass walls.
• All suites have verandas, air-conditioning, TV, safe, minibar and private bathrooms with showers.
• Guest programmes include all meals and excursions for 3 days (2 nights) to 5 days (4 nights).
