Days 1 and 2 : London to Quito

Quito has much to delight families. An afternoon walking tour will take in Central Bank Museum with collections of preColombian, Inca, and gold artefacts and The Middle of the World where families can straddle the Equator. The following day take a full day tour to Mindo Cloud Forest one of the birdwatching capitals of the world with activities such as hiking, canopy walks, ziplines, tubing and rafting. Day 4 : Quito to Galapagos Islands Fly to Galapagos Islands to join your cruise ship.
Days 4 to 10 : Galapagos Islands | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
For eight days discover the wildlife of the Galapagos Islands. Age-appropriate activities are planned based on the ages and number of children on board your ship and may include visiting the bridge and learning about navigational charts. Naturalist guides share information on ecology, geology and climate, the history of the Galapagos Islands and conservation issues, Charles Darwin, the marine reserve, the arrival and establishment of species in the area including marine mammals and reptiles, and so much more. Time to disembark and fly back to Quito for an overnight stay.
Days 12 and 13 : Avenue of volcanoes | Meals: Breakfast
Ecuador is crossed by snow capped volcanoes which seem to form an avenue across the country. During these two days you will have a chance to explore, stop off in local villages, walk amongst the hills and really get to know the countryside of Ecuador away from most tourists.
Day 14 : Quito to London
Sadly the end of your holiday. Time to return to Quito for an overnight flight home.
