Day 1 and 2: London to Johannesburg to Maun to Central Kalahari
Overnight flight from London via Johannesburg to Maun then transfer to Central Kalahari.
Days 2 to 4: Central Kalahari | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
For three days you explore the central Kalahari region of Botswana. This is a special place. Untouched by civilisation for thousands of years. Still a real wilderness where herds of game roam free. Day 5: Central Kalahari to Okavango Delta
Transfer from Central Kalahari to Okavango Delta.
Days 5 to 7: Okavango Delta | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
The perfect place to continue your safari in Botswana – the Okavango Delta, one of the most incredible wilderness sanctuaries in Africa with 15,000 square kilometres of water channels, lagoons and islands. Okavango is home to large numbers of wildlife which attracts predators in the form of lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena and wild dog.
Day 8: Okavango Delta to Linyanti
Transfer to Linyanti.
Days 8 to 10: Linyanti | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Along the Linyanti fault line, there are varied woodland habitats and ancient floodplains, making the Linyanti an essential complement to a Botswana itinerary. These landscapes host abundant wildlife including the world’s highest densities of elephant in the dry winter months as well as wild dogs and lions.
Day 11: Linyati to Johannesburg to London
Transfer to Kasane airport for your flight to London via Johannesburg.
